in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC) Question

Related Actions on CRM-
opening on the CRM instead of HCM

-We do not use Fluid and we
use the HRHD 360.

When a case is created and selected the Related Actions –
Personal Data on Case Details tab, it opens Personal Data (HCM page) on the CRM
homepage instead of opening on the HCM homepage. Therefore, user cannot access
any other page on the HCM side other than the listed Related Actions options.
Is there any fix for this issue?
