Negative vacation hours reported

Hello,

 

We noticed recently that employees are able to enter -ve vacation hours on their timesheets. It was my understanding that the valid quantity range for a TRC was the between the minimum and maximum quantity defined on the TRC Definition page which in our case is 0.01000 and 8.000, but the employees are able to enter  -7.5 etc on the timesheet.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
