SVM 9.2.3.1 installation failed

Dear all,

I'm currently installing new server for upgrade used. I have issue when trying to install the server manager console 9.2.3.1 where it failed at after define the path to install (E:\jde_home) with the following error:-

SEVERE: Abnormal program termination. An internal error has occured. Please provide the following files to Oracle Support :

"C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\installActions2019-04-02_12-20-24PM.log"

"C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\oraInstall2019-04-02_12-20-24PM.err"

"C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\oraInstall2019-04-02_12-20-24PM.out"

I'm using jdk 1.8.0_202 and also try with jdk 1.8.0_201 having same issue. Also have uninstall the Window Development Kit 10.1, only with 8.1.
