Org chart updates do not show position changes

We are on 9.2, Image 16, implementing Manager Self Service, including the Company Directory and Org Chart.

After performing several Reporting Changes and confirming the information has updated in both Position Data and shows on Job, I re-run the Department Build and then the Tree Build process. Still, the Org Chart does not show that the employee has moved from one reporting manager to the other.

I have tried running the Department build incrementally and full rebuild. I have also tried building the tree by both Reports To Position and By Part Posn Mgmy Dept Mgr ID. Nothing changes.

Am I missing a step somewhere?
