User is not able to search Bank Account of Supplier from Add Button available in Supplier Banking de

Hi Experts, We have one issue where One particular user is not able to query the Supplier bank Account. Navigation; Supplier-->Banking Details-->Add--> <Query Bank Account Number>

All other user are able to query this bank account. Please help us to know the causes of this and how we can resolve this.
