Siebel Schema

I have a Demo Siebel Environment and i want t point the Demo environment to one of a SIebel Schema Test DB .

Test DB has one siebel schema , we want to clone the siebel schema and want to point that cloned Siebel schema to Dev enviorment .

Is it possible ?

NOTE: both the emo and test env are of same version .
