IP 2017 software on windows 7 which is running on 32*bit

Hi Team,

While installing the IP 2017 Innovation pack for Siebel Tools, the below error is getting. Could you please let me know how to make the OS compatible with the tools software so that the tools installed successfully.

Please suggest the approaches to install the software on windows 7 which is running on 32*bit.

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. 

Check computer's system information to see whether you need an *86 (32-bit) or *64(64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.
