SIEBEL IP18 webtemplates not visible in WebTools but present in application and in database

Hello,

We are seeing an issue in our Siebel IP18 where the common webtemplate "Applet List (Base/EditList)" cannot be opened or found in a query in webtools.

The object is in the database, we can find it using a SQL query. It is also functional for the end-user application.

Has anyone else come across this behaviour?
