OTL: HXC_TIMESTORE_DEPOSIT API does not create timecards for LOA or Terminated employees

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi - We are on Oracle 12.1.3 without self service.

We are using the HXC_TIMESTORE_DEPOSIT API to create timecards and have run into an issue where the API does not create timecards for LOA or Terminated employees.

Is this expected functionality? Are there workarounds or other APIs that can be used to handle such timecards? Any preferences that can be setup to make the application create the timecards for these employees?
