Patching database to 18.3

We have ODAs X7-2 HA BM running 12.1.0.2 and 12.2.0.1 databases.

The ODA patch level is 12.2.1.4. We want to upgrade to 18.3.

The following document to patch the ODA X7-2  to 18.3 (Patching Oracle Database Appliance Bare Metal Systems Using the Command-Line), doesn't provide instructions to patch the database homes mentioned above.
