Hidden parameters required for 11.2.0.4 databases.

Hello Experts,

Recently we have migrated our 11.2.0.2 EXADATA RAC environment to 11.2.0.4 along with latest PSU.In all Prod DBs, below spfile entries are there. They were implemented when DBs were on 11.2.0.2.

Could you please let me know whether we really need in X7 on 11.2.0.4 .

*._cursor_features_enabled=1026

*._kill_diagnostics_timeout=140

*._lm_rcvr_hang_allow_time=140

*.aq_tm_processes=4

*.fast_start_mttr_target=300
