How to track a batch number if it has been deleted in JDE system?

Dear Team,

We are running on JDE 8.12. Recently one of our testing member reported that a Voucher batch number is missing in JDE system. When we checked in tables F0411 and F0911, we are unable to find this batch number. Is there any way to find out, if the batch has been deleted by some one.Is there any way to identify this or track it? Is the details are stored anywhere in the system.
