SQLite Data base open on old P6 version application " Version Dismatch"

Hi

Before I hade P6 V18, then my company go for P6 V17.7, I can't mitigate P6 V18 "SQLite" Database into v17, I have the error "versions do not match......"{See PiC}, moreover how to mitigate SQLite into SQL server.
