Receipt reversal Error

Hi,

  • User has created a receipt (Receipt 1) on 15 March 2019 Value of 100,000.
  • Remitted and reconciled on 17 March 2019.
  • Now requirement is there to reverse the receipt.
  • User has Un-reconciled the receipt from Bank rec and asked the responsible person to reverse the receipt.
  • Instead of stating the reversal date as 15 March 2019 , User has reversed it to 02 April 2019.
  • What can we do to rectify the issue and reverse the date to original date of 15 March 2019 ?
