Recommendation for Oracle Client on Windows Server 2019

We are starting to build out Windows 2019 servers and want to install an Oracle Client as part of the buildout process. I looked at the certification matrix to determine what version to load and did not see any listing for Windows Server 2019.  I created a SR and the Engineer suggested I post the question to the community since he was not able to find an answer to my question.

We are looking for recommendations on what Oracle Thin and Thick Client to install on Windows Server 2019.
