We are in EBS 12.1.2 and DB: 11.2.0.4

After applying the Jan 2019 patch in the CRM EBS environment...“Queue” link under the “Email Center Supervisor Console : Supervisor : Account : Messages” using the Email Center Supervisor Responsibility does not work –Email Center Supervisor cannot view the complete summary of the queues assigned.
