Preventive Maintenance SR not generated

Hi Team,

Preventive Maintenance Generate Service Requests and Tasks is not creating service request for an item instance which is having service contract with PM schedule and activity schedule.

I could able to see the records in the below query but still the SR is not generated. Also, I couldn't find the instance number in Preventive Maintenance Generate Service Requests and Tasks log file.

Service requests will be created for the records fetched from below query as per the metalink note Understanding The Logic Of Preventive Maintenance Generate Service Requests and Tasks (Doc ID 1952690.1). Please let me know your inputs on this.
