Tracking Applicants Who Become Ineligible for Hire
Our HR has a couple of conditions where an incumbent would be ineligible for hire, and would like to see what others are doing to systematically to track those in the system. For example, as part of the hiring process, a candidate may fail the drug test, and now becomes ineligible to apply for 12 months. This is seems to be difficult to track as it is tied back to a candidate ID since the candidate does not have an employee ID yet. Is there delivered functionality that may help tracking?
