Argentina - Adding Transaction Type Codes

Hi MOSC,

Regarding this option for adding new Transaction Type Codes, the LOV for the first column Legal Transaction Category, is listing 10 values, are those pre-seeded values or where can we add new records? I can see those 10 records at   select * from apps.FND_LOOKUP_VALUES_VL where  lookup_type= 'JLAR_LEGAL_TRX_CATEGORY'

but I cannot find how to add a new row there  at  JLAR_LEGAL_TRX_CATEGORY
