Not able to Release Sales Orders from Generic Locators for PJM orgs

Hello All

We are not able to release the Sales Orders from Generic Subinventory/Locators. To release these Sales Orders, we have to create locators controlled at Project and Task level. How can i release the Sales Orders from Generic Subinventory/Locators

Any Ideas, please suggest.
