Adding Searching Criteria on FND Dispatch Center form

Hello Team,

I tried to search via various sources to add the extra searching criteria option on the below dispatch center form under 'Product/spares tab however couldn't found the way, now please if you can assist me here

Wanted to add 'Tag' or 'External reference' field for task searching, as per the business scenario we need to search tasks as per the 'tag' or external reference we assigned against the item S/N

Please advice how we can add the extra searching criteria on this form, also I see the FOLDER (in the menu list) option also showing disabled, is there any way we can enable that and then might be our requirement get fixed.
