Company Sign in enabled in PBCS

Hi PBCS Experts,

I can login to the EPBCS cloud platform using the company sign in as shown below:

However, i cannot login when i enter my user name and password.

How can i login using my user name and password. I need this because, i am trying to login using my user name and password in epmautomate and it doesn't login. However, when i use the company sign in - it works.

Any help would be appreciated!
