RBAC Roles for GL or Finance

Hi - we are implementing User Management or RBAC in 12.2.7 and trying to understand if any standard security roles for GL or Finance available through any patch set?

or if any one achieved this with any other way to clone like AME RBAC functionality for other modules I would like to know the approach.
