Messages on transfer orders that have already shipped.

Hello,

Does anyone know how to stop R3483 from generating messages, (E, C, D, G, L, etc.) on transfer orders that have already shipped?  For example, getting a message to increase the quantity on a line on OT that the ST side has already shipped.
