Java Question - Cloned Instance

I am attaching a PDF with a basic drawing that might help with visualization of my question.

I cloned (Rapid Clone) 12.0.6 R12 apps from a 32 bit Linux server to a 64 bit Linux server and I cant get reports like "active users" to run (just runs - never completes), and I can't re-link the reports either.

I'm wondering if my problem is that I carried over an older 32 bit java from my source apps server?

Could that be an issue?  Everything else works, forms launch.
