Hi, we are implementing 6.4.3. We introduced waiting penalty on rate service (EDE). In a particular scenario OTM is creating a single shipment with two drop offs. Making a drop at stop 1 on day 1, goes to stop 2 and waits for about 14 hours to make delivery at stop 2. We expect OTM to create two shipments in such a scenario.
