Setting Up absence Management and balances
Hello All,
I am currently re setting up absence management, and I need your guidance regarding following scenario.
01 - I have set casual leave. as follows:
When I run Absence calendar, I see, Leave balance = 0.83333
But When I use self service option for absence request, I see my balance is 0.00.
This is the very first calendar Jan 2019 and No previous balances are available for this type of absence. Please guide regarding this.
Another issue I am facing is, in our organization, employee are entitled 10 casual leaves per year, but If I use, Annual frequency (as I have used in above mentioned element) is gets divided and shows .8333 in balance for the month, that adds up with next months and so on. How I can allow and show the entitlement and balance as 10 for the year ?
