My integrated extract is not extracting DDL

I have created a Integrated Extract/Pump and Replicate

I did initial load with expdp/impdp with scn

start replicate aftercsn on target db

I added a column on soure side and deleted rows

I do not see any  new trailfiles being created

My extract params

GGSCI (cl9221) 7> view param ext_t100

EXTRACT EXT_T100

CACHEMGR CACHESIZE 32GB

setenv (ORACLE_HOME = "/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db")

setenv (ORACLE_SID = "obia10s")

SETENV (NLS_LANG = "AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8")

SETENV (TNS_ADMIN = "/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db/network/admin")

USERID BIAPPS_OGG, PASSWORD XXXXXX
