TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

Hello,

I need some help on a SSl connection to Oracle.

I created the certificates on server and client machine and I imported them correctly.

If I execute a tnsping on the server is working,  if I execute the same tnsping on client I have : TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

I followed the oracle document 401251.1

Have anyone an idea?
