Start Milestone in P6 ver 18.8.7

Greetings.....I'm getting ready to submit my baseline schedule but for some reason my project start milestone is showing 100% for schedule % complete.  The project has not started or progress taken in schedule so why is my start milestone showing a 100% schedule % complete and How do I change it to show 0%?
