Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to Query for customer

Hi All

I create a new OU and defined a new responsibility for it.

When I try to create a new AR transaction ,i m unable to find any customer in Bill to Customer look up .

nor I am able to search any customer account details in Customer Account form.

What m i missing here.
