FRM: ebs 12.2.7 After upgrade View Financial Report save file in Excel current directory

Issue : FRM financial report file are saved in multiple location on the network without user Knowledge !

This created space overload on the network !

Step to reproduce

1- Submit Financial report using FRM (report manager)

2- Go to the repository and clic view report in Excel

     Once you view the report,  It as been allready saved in the Current  Excel directory

    Clic Save As and you can see the report in the current directory.

3- Change Excel directory

4- Repeat the view report for any available report in repository

5- Save As again and this last report is allready saved the the new current Excel directory.
