EEO Report 'EEO Consolidated Report' not producing correct previous year totals

Hi ,

     I am running 'EEO-1 Suite of Reports' as part of testing before the final report is run in Production but 'EEO Consolidated Report' is not producing correct 'PREVIOUS YEAR TOTAL' and it is showing only 320 when infact it should be more than 5k.

Any help would be appreciated.
