Benefits Configuration
Hello,
my company offers an additional AD&D benefit plan that is voluntary and has two different categories, either Employee only or Family. Within each category there is dollar amount options starting at 50,000 dollars up to a 1,000,000.00 dollars.
The way they are configured right now is that both are independent plans with options within the same category and attached to a benefits group.
In the portal, they show as per the screenshot below as they are in the same category but employees can select options in both plans although they should be excluding. Employees can enroll only in one of the plans but not in both.
