Adding an attachment to an Object on a change using webeservice

in Agile (MOSC) Question

I am trying to create an attachment to an object. This object is on a Change.

I am using the webservice (AddAttachment) of the attachment service http://agile.xyz:7001/CoreService/services/Attachment?wsdl

Using the webservice soap call I can get the attachment to the Introductory revision of this object.

What parameter can I include in the SOAP call or the using the API to get the attachment to the pending revision of Object.
