Peoplesoft Environment Provisioning Failed

Hello There,

I am trying to perform "Upgrading to PeopleTools 8.57 on Oracle Cloud using PeopleSoft Cloud Manager".

I am using PS cloud manager Image-8. Currently the Cloud manager is up and running and then I defined a template and then when i create environment with full tier peoplesoft HCM image. It fails with the below. Kindly help.
