zero started values are visible in B.I. Publisher

Hi,

If data is coming like .39 then it should be displayed like 0.39 and we are getting different formats values too in same data (for ex - 123.45 , 32.556  , .369 ,3.555)

So , we need only to put Zero before decimal using "xdoxslt"  in B.I. Publisher
