Deleting user profile in HCM/HR does not syncing in FIN.

Hello, I am deleting a User in HCM via PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > Delete User Profiles. After the delete process, I check for the records in HCM database to check if the User was successfully deleted. It deleted the User in HCM database. Upon checking in FIN database, I noticed that it didn't deleted the User. What is the potential root cause for this? Thank you.
