Facing issue Upgraderepository.exe after applying patchset 19.2 on top of IP 17.

While running Upgraderepository.exe after applying patchset 19.2 on top of IP 17. I am getting this issue in import_schema_sif.log.

Batch Command:

   /batchimport Siebel Repository merge C:\Siebel\Tools/log/RepositoryUpgrade_20190405_164642/RepositoryUpgrade/18.9/Schema.sif import_schema_sif.log
