How to enable REST web service in EBS SOA

Hi Team,

I have one requirement for enabling SOA service in EBS and configured the SOA integration administration but while deploying service it is showing the following error.

Error:

ASADMIN~~CLN2, failed to be authenticated

Kindly help me for same.
