Customer Standard - Account Relationship

In the customer standard HTML form (12.2.6) - when creating account relationships:

Pull up account

Go to relationships tab

Click Create Account Relationship button

Should I be able to enter a Related Customer Name? 

When we went live with R12 - we had the option to search by customer name or account #.

Now we can only search by account # on this form - the customer name field is blank.

Even when I then pick an account # - I then don't even see the related customer name on this form.
