Verifying if an email was transmitted from OTM Cloud
Hi All,
What options do we have (after the fact, without enabling logs in OTM) to verify if an email was successfully sent out of OTM Cloud? We have couple of carriers who confirm they didn't received e-mail tenders. The emails aren't sent to their spam/junk folder either because they did get email tenders earlier to the same inbox. We do have the email address in XML transmission and its processed successfully. When we used to be on on-premise, we can verify in our email server. What do we do when we are on Cloud to confirm the email was transmitted successfully?
