AM: Missing Interface lines in PS_INTFC_FIN, but existing in PS_INTFC_PHY_A for system source PAP

When the user goes to the below navigation, the only data found is in Physical Records  and no data for Financial Record is found for that Particular INTFC_ID. This is after running  the Processes INTFAPAM and AMPS1000.

Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Load Transactions > Load Transactions into AM is the navigation. when queried the table PS_ITFC_FIN table, no rows found for that INTFC_ID. PS_INTFC_PHY_A has data for that INTFC_ID.

What could be reason the data did not flow to PS_INTFC_FIN table? How to correct the data?
