Sales Contracts - Can we enable penalties and bonuses based on certain quality features

Hi,

Can someone help me understand if there is any feasibility or functionality to fit the following business scenario -

1. The organization will sell a product to the customer - Each order will be associated with a set of contract terms & conditions.

2. The terms include a set of quality parameters which before shipping the product will be captured by the organization.

3. Then the product will be shipped to the customer with a provisional invoice. This is not the final invoice and should not be interfaced with Receivables.

4. Once the product is received by the customer, it will be tested and the readings against the quality parameters are recorded.
