Sheduler server date and submitted report date differerence in ERP JDE E1.

Dear all,

we are using ERP JDE XE version. I have checked i saw in sheduler server next job time and i have submitted report completed times are different , I have attached sheduler server screen shot and at the same time repot completed time.

I need to submit shedule  reports , could you please help me at what time i need to base and submit.

Why those (sheduler server ) and submitted report times differ like this. how can i resolve this issue.
