Is it require to run P31804 Manufacturing Variance report in actual costing?

Hi Team,

We are working on implementing manufacturing module with actual cost 02 in World soft. I have some queries from manufacturing accounting side.

1. Is it mandatory to run Manufacturing Variance P31804 report in case of actual costing?

2. If no, What will be the impact of not running P31804 report in actual costing?

3. How variances could be considered in actual costing?
