E1- New IFRS16 effective date

Hello,

I'm searching for information about the new IFRS16 rule, New lease accounting standard, and the Balance sheet for lesee accounting, and I've found enough documentation, but I have an important question. Which is the correct effective date for this rule to be implemented? I've found in several forums the date 01/01/2019, but recently I've found this text on Oracle documentation:  "Effective January 1, 2019 for public companies, January 1, 2020 for private companies."

Does anyone have the link to the official page in order to confirm this date?
