Issue when generating IN_DEMAND lines from an eProcurement Requisition

The issue is:

When the Requestor Setup page the Defaults Inventory BU box is checked,

A requester makes a requisition for an inventory item, with stock .

After the approvals, when running the Quick Source Requisitions process, (PV_AUTO_SCR), the system creates a PO order instead of creating a demand line.

But if the Defaults Inventory BU box is unchecked, the requester makes the same requisition, using the same item, and running the Quick Source Requisitions process (PV_AUTO_SCR) with the same run control, the process creates a line on the IN_DEMAND  table and not a PO order, as it’s specked.
