R12.28 : assigning role to all responsibility

Hello ,

We have upgraded to R12.2.8 from R12.1.3.    We have a role  that we need to grant at  responsibility level     The role is UMX|FND_FLEX_VSET_ALL_PRIVS_ROLE .    Currently we are assigning to specific users and  it is very time consuming.

how can we enable this role at responsibility level.  We have multiple responsibility that needs this .
