We are planning for upgrading our OS to 2016 from 2008R2. We have Oracle WFR and Capture installed in this OS. Can we upgrade our Oracle WFR 12.2.1.3.0 version and if it is possible, Could you please brief us the benefits with the Oracle WFR 12.2.1.3.0 version from 11.1.1.8.0.
